BaRupOn Expands LAMP Campus with Additional 62.9 Acres, Advancing a 3 GW Power-and-Innovation Hub in Liberty, Texas
Irvine, CA & Liberty, TX — October 5, 2025 — BaRupOn LLC today announced the acquisition of an additional 62.9 acres of land in October 2025 to expand the footprint of the Liberty American Multi Power Source Innovation Hub (LAMP) in Liberty, Texas. With this expansion, the LAMP campus now spans approximately 701 acres, accelerating BaRupOn’s vision to deliver a 3-gigawatt multi-source power and advanced manufacturing ecosystem, including 4.5 million square feet of planned innovation and data-center space. The expanded acreage will be used for utility corridors, future energy generation blocks, rail-served logistics, and additional innovation facilities—strengthening the site’s ability to host next-generation data centers, process industries, and domestic manufacturing at scale. “This strategic acquisition gives LAMP even more flexibility to sequence power, water, and logistics for high-demand users,” said Derek Matthews, CSO of BaRupOn. “It shortens development timelines and helps us bring more resilient, U.S.-based capacity online faster.” “LAMP was designed as a plug-and-build campus where tenants can scale without friction,” added Balaji Tammabattula, Founder & Chief Industrial Architect. “By adding 62.9 acres, we unlock additional parcels for power blocks, substation siting, and rail-adjacent pads—so mission-critical users can move from intent to operation with speed.”
